Pool cleaning service

After getting a few quotes for several jobs needing to be done around my property from several businesses this gentleman beat each and every quote by 100's of dollars, on top of that the quality of work completed exceeded expectations, very happy with his work and his prices.

Great friendly staff, prompt service and great reporting once work has been complete. If anyone is looking to get their pool serviced up in the hills we highly recommended their service.

Matt from Poolwerx is a superstar. He explained everything patiently and I felt much more confident about my pool after he was done with the service. Most service people that I have met are in a hurry to get out of the house ASAP and get paid, Matt is that rare gentleman who doesn't mind answering questions or giving extra tips etc. Matt even helped me with my water feature. I would recommend Matt for all things pool related.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Currently looking after a house with a pool for the first time (which I sadly know nothing about). First time I booked a cleaning and service was told they would come on Monday. Didn't hear anything all day so called just before close to be told they will come first thing in the morning instead. Tuesday 1pm rolls around with still no one to help. Called up again and was told they were on their way. Pool guy (who was lovely I will admit) was here for 5 minutes before saying the pool was fine, and the dirt that was in the pool will be cleaned by the creepy crawly that was in there. Charged full price. That was it.The creepy crawly unfortunately has done nothing so my pool has just accumulated dirt etc. It is now completely green and cloudy. Called on the weekend to book another service in. Was told I would get a call back on Monday to schedule an appointment. It's Wednesday afternoon with still no call. I understand it's not the fault of the person who came to the house but this service and waiting with no response it utterly ridiculous.

We booked an appointment for a pool service and to purchase a new chlorinator and pump but nobody showed up. When I rang the store to let them know they told me that it had definitely been booked in and maybe the technician was late and that they would call me back after speaking to the technician. I waited another half an hour for someone to call me back and nobody rang back so I called them up again and the gentleman I spoke to named Cory told me that the person I spoke to on the phone got it mixed up and that our job never existed. They even made the suggestion that we had never actually booked it in with poolwerx Spearwood, and when I told them the name of the technician his response was 'We do have that person working here but that's a pretty common name'. In the end Cory tried to put blame on us and tried to imply that this was our fault. Really disappointing given this was out first interaction with these guys and given I had to leave work early to make the appointment. Really poor service, really defensive and when I asked to reschedule he offered a time slot with a 3 hour window? I'm sure there are other pool stores around the area that would prefer our business.

Hands down the best business to deal with for all things pool related! I travel half an hour, past multiple pool shops, to go here. The service is brilliant, advice is honest, and prices are competitive. As a first time owner of a pool, they were life savers! (And saved me a few $$$ too!)
