Got a 14k spa here 5 years back and the purchase was smooth and spa was good. After some time and issues coming up I've found them to stock no jets the same, no spare parts, always say we will get back to you in a few days and take your number but they never do.. they just want the big sales or or easy chemicals and don't care about aftercare or helping you obtain parts. My next spa purchase will not be here again.

My review is based on the quoted price for a new pool pump. I expect retail price to be more than online but when the price is $145 more than another local company charged for an identical pump, it feels like a rip off.

Absolutely discussing service. Spent 30k on spa and heater through these people. Deb . Is rude and will do anything to get out of warranty. Had my spa a year and a half and a few issues that were half fixed . Heater pump went and they Come to your house and take photos when the guy is supposed to be fixing it . Then says no warranty. You need to pay . Then charges 800 dollars for a new part that cost 460 . We'll done .

We've been dealing with this company to service our pool over the past year or so and we've had nothing but issues with them the whole time. Furthermore, they are not willing to sort out proper communication methods with regard to invoicing and also try and work out a solution when invoices go astray and payments are paid late accidentally. Their customer service is appalling and the Manager is very rude over the phone and in person. They're running a Mickey Mouse company. You're better off going elsewhere if you want quality service. This company has lost another customer! SEE YA!

I've been going here for years, even when they were in their old premises. I've used these guys through my spa and now my pool.The price is right the service is outstanding. They don't try and oversell anything!Our XLS screen burnt out, months after putting the pool in. Our pool installer didn't end up getting back to us, to company wouldn't deal with us. Fast forward a year and we went to buy a whole new system. Deb convinced us not to, contacted the supplier for us and two days later it was fixed.I cannot recommend this place enough.
