OutdoorCity Pool Service and Equipment Mandurah

Thank you to the people at outdoorcity. They did a great job in cleaning my pool and checking all equipment, amazing price and above all great customer service I was spoken to like a person not just another $ in there pocket. Fantastic job i can not recommended outdoorcity enough they will be my regular pool cleaners for me and all my family and friends with a pool.Thank you again fantastic job.

Poor service. I booked a pool inspection to be done at our presettlement inspection. Karen confirmed the booking and assured me that her husband Gary would show up as i voiced my concern that we only have one opportunity to do the pre settlement inspection plus the fact my husband is away and i know nothing about pools.Karen called me at 630pm the night before the inspection and advised me that they were now too busy to do it..... Given the late notice it will be near on impossible for me to book another company. Very upset and disappointed at their lack of care and professionalism.Would not recommend as unreliable.
