We have engaged Kalamunda Poolwerx to service our properties up in the Kalamunda Hills and have been very pleased with their service. Great friendly staff, prompt service and great reporting once work has been complete. If anyone is looking to get their pool serviced up in the hills we highly recommended their service.

I had Alessandro from Poolwerx Kalamunda attend my property to service and set up my spa. His knowledge and service were second to none and he thoroughly explained all aspects of the setup, running and maintenance of my spa. I am now enjoying the benefits of a warm spa each night before bed. Poolwerx were also very efficient and were able to schedule a service within 3 days whereas all other providers were unable to attend for weeks. Many thanks to Alessandro and his team. We had been experiencing algae problems for more than six months, which we were unable to cure after trying several different products. Alessandro took on the challenge with great patience and knowledge, always positive in his approach, solved the problem at his first attempt within a week. The pool is now totally clear and sparkling. We were informed every step of the way, his lovely staff always contacted us to arrange times to suit us and were always very helpful. What an amazing team, they helped me at short notice and got all work completed on time and within budget despite the weather and cramped working conditions.
