Michael was at my home within 30 mins of requesting services, quote provided on the spot and sent through later again. Pool cleaned and treated and new equipment installed within a couple of days. My pool has never looked so good. Michael was kind, professional and his workmanship outstanding.

Michael provides a great service at very good value and goes out of his way to fix any problems. We contacted him about a faulty pump and he did the leg work to get quotes, find us the best price, and complete installation of the new pump. Firstly my experience with the Jim’s Pool Care contact was excellent, said that Michael would call in 30 minutes which he did.Michael attended and did the job fixing the pipe work. Michael was very helpful from the first moment I asked for a quote for a pool clean. Being new pool owners he was very patient explaining all equipment, checking everything and advised us on how to best maintain the pool. He worked tirelessly out in the rain installing our new pump. Very honest, and he genuinely wanted to help us so that we can enjoy our pool. Good pricing, always on time and reliable. Definitely recommend his services.
